How can I place an order on Silent Noise?

You can place an order by adding the products you want to purchase to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Please note that all orders have a cut-off time by 2:00 PM.

What are the payment options available on Silent Noise?

We accept major credit cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery (soon).

What is the process for shipping and delivery?

We ship to most locations in the Philippines. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to have all orders shipped out within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

What is the shipping cost and process?

Shipping cost may vary depending on the location and the weight of the package, and it is excluded from the order total. The shipping fee is at customer’s cost. We ship to most locations in the Philippines using LBC courier or Lalamove and aim to have all orders shipped out within 1-3 business days after the cut-off time of 2 PM.

Can I change my mind about an order I have placed?

No, we do not allow changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct products and quantity before placing your order.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

What is the warranty policy for products purchased on Silent Noise?

We offer a warranty for all products purchased on Silent Noise. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific details on the warranty for the product you are interested in.

What is covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product.

How long does the warranty claim process take?

The length of the warranty claim process may vary depending on the product and the nature of the claim. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are all orders final?

es, all orders placed on Silent Noise are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

What if I made an error in my order? A: Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, even if an error was made. We ask that you please double-check your order before placing it to ensure accuracy.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with it?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on Silent Noise. We ask that you please carefully review the product details and read the product description before placing your order.
