Stable, responsive control for your DJ setup
The PLX-1000 pairs a high-torque direct-drive motor with a familiar layout for hands-on DJ playback. Choose a pitch range to match your mixing style, then use the detachable RCA and power connections to integrate it with a phono mixer or preamp.

A few things to know.
Does the PLX-1000 include a cartridge?
No. Pioneer specifies that the cartridge is not included; choose a compatible cartridge and stylus separately.
What equipment do I need to play records?
Connect the turntable to a phono input on a mixer or to a separate phono preamp, then connect powered speakers or an amplifier. Check your system’s input type before connecting.
Which speeds and pitch ranges are available?
It plays at 33⅓ and 45 rpm, with pitch adjustment at ±8%, ±16% or ±50% and a reset to ±0%.
Can I plug headphones or powered speakers straight into it?
The PLX-1000 outputs a PHONO-level signal. Use a phono preamp or a DJ mixer with PHONO input; connect headphones and speakers to that system.
